Several new designers have come on board for the 2019 Lake County YMCA Dream House project. Following the fundraiser’s 25th anniversary in 2018 many of the former designers stepped down after dedicating numerous years to the endeavor. At the helm of design plans for the new home in the Maple Valley Subdivision of Willoughby Hills is Realtor/designer and ProBuilt Homes staffer Lindsay Davis. Slippery Rock University board seeks $98 million for building renovations, approves student fee increases

Trustees at Slippery Rock University voted Friday to pursue $98 million for renovations to three prominent but aging campus buildings, including Murrow Field House, built in 1959. They also approved student fee increases totaling about $270 for the 2024-25 academic year. Both actions were among those taken as the university’s Council of Trustees held its quarterly meeting on campus. Canada Maltings office in Toronto will undergo restoration, renovation

TORONTO — The Canada Maltings administrative office in Eireann Quay will undergo a major restoration and renovation, converting a disused heritage building on Toronto’s waterfront into a multiuse community cultural arts and conference centre.
